Our 18k gold plating and sterling silver are made tarnish-free. If your piece tarnishes or fades from normal everyday wear, it's covered — for life.
Clasps & chains
A clasp that gives way or a chain that fails on its own isn't wear you should pay for. We'll repair it or send a replacement.
Plating & finish
If the finish lifts or the plating wears through under ordinary use — not damage — we'll put it right and return it like new.

No expiry date, no fine-print countdown. The warranty stays with the piece for as long as you wear it — and you never re-register a thing.
The honest boundary. Fair wear is covered for life. Accidental loss, theft, and obvious damage — a piece caught and pulled, run over, or crushed — sit outside the warranty. But message us anyway: we look after our customers, and we'd far rather help than hide behind small print.
