Noor VIP Club Terms

1. What the Noor VIP Club is

The Noor VIP Club (the "Club") is a paid membership offered by Noor Qalb ("Noor Qalb", "we", "us") on noorqalb.com. It is an automatically renewing membership: once you join, you are charged a recurring fee every 30 days until you cancel. Each fee you pay is returned to you as store credit, and while you are a member you get the benefits listed in section 5.

These Club Terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Service and Refund Policy. If they conflict, these Club Terms apply to the membership.

2. Who can join

• The Club is available only to customers in the United States, for orders shipped to a US address and paid in US dollars (USD) on noorqalb.com.
• You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your state.
• One membership per person. Your membership is linked to the email address used at checkout.

3. How you join and what you agree to

You join in your cart, where you choose between Member and Guest. Guest means you pay the regular price and nothing renews. When you choose Member and complete your order, you:

• join the Noor VIP Club;
• agree to these Club Terms; and
• authorize us to charge $39.90 every 30 days to the payment method used for your order (or any payment method you later add for the membership), starting 30 days after your order, until you cancel.

The membership appears as its own line in your cart and at checkout, at $0.00 for the first cycle, with the recurring price and frequency shown. You can switch to Guest at any time before you pay; prices in your cart update automatically.

After you join, we send you a confirmation email that repeats the price, the billing frequency, the date of your first charge and how to cancel. Please keep it.

4. Price, billing and store credit

4.1 Price and billing dates

• First cycle: $0. Your first 30-day cycle starts on the day of your order.
• After that: $39.90 USD every 30 days, charged automatically on your billing date, until you cancel. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before you pay.
• There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
• Reminder: we email you 3 days before every charge, with the amount, the date and a link to skip, pause or cancel.

4.2 Your fee becomes store credit

• Each successful $39.90 charge is added as $39.90 of store credit (USD) to your Noor Qalb customer account. The free first cycle does not create credit.
• You can use your credit on noorqalb.com at checkout when you are signed in to your account, or when you pay with Shop Pay using the same email.
• Your credit does not expire. It stays in your account if you skip, pause or cancel.
• Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it. It cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be used to pay the membership fee.
• Store credit is in USD and can be used on orders paid in USD.
• Your credit balance is shown in your account.

4.3 If a payment fails

If we cannot collect a charge, we will let you know by email and may try again over the following days. You will not receive credit for a charge we did not collect. If the charge still cannot be collected, your membership ends and member benefits stop. Any credit you already have stays yours.

5. Member benefits

Benefits apply from the order in which you join and for as long as your membership is active.

• $10 off every jewelry piece. Each eligible jewelry piece in your cart is $10 less than the guest price, including pieces in our bundles and sets. It does not apply to accessories (for example the gift box or the chain extender), to the membership itself, or to a piece that is already free under an offer. The $10 can be combined with the promotions running on our site; your cart shows the final member price before you pay.
• Free shipping on orders placed as a member.
• Golden Ticket: early access to our Black Friday sales, for members whose membership is active at the time of the event.
• Surprise gift: from time to time, we may add a surprise gift for members. Surprise gifts are at our discretion; we do not promise their value, frequency or timing.

Benefits apply to orders on noorqalb.com shipped to a US address. We may adjust or add benefits; if we remove or reduce a benefit listed above, we will tell you by email in advance (see section 9).

6. Skip, pause or cancel

You are in control, at any time, without contacting anyone:

1. Sign in to your account on noorqalb.com.
2. Open your subscriptions.
3. Choose Skip, Pause or Cancel and confirm.

You can also email contact@noorqalb.com and we will do it for you.

• Skip: the next charge is not taken. Your membership continues after the skipped cycle.
• Pause: no charges for the pause period you choose in your account. Your membership restarts automatically at the end of the pause, and we remind you 3 days before the next charge as usual.
• While a cycle is skipped or paused, you are not charged and you do not receive new credit. Your existing credit stays usable. Member pricing, free shipping and other benefits are on hold until your membership is active again.
• Cancel: to avoid the next charge, cancel any time before your billing date. Once you cancel, no further charges are made. Your member benefits continue until the end of the cycle you have already started, then stop. All your store credit stays in your account.

We confirm every skip, pause and cancellation by email.

7. Refunds of membership charges

• If you contact us at contact@noorqalb.com within 30 days of a charge, and you have not used the store credit from that charge, we refund that $39.90 charge to your original payment method and remove the matching $39.90 of credit from your account.
• Credit from a charge counts as used once your store credit balance has gone below the total of all credit you have received since that charge.
• A refund does not cancel your membership by itself. If you also want to stop future charges, tell us and we will cancel at the same time, or cancel in your account.
• Refunds of jewelry orders, including orders paid partly with store credit, follow our Refund Policy. Any amount paid with store credit is returned as store credit.

8. Ending a membership on our side

We may end a membership in case of fraud, abuse of the benefits or a breach of these terms, or if we close the Club. If we close the Club, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before, stop all charges, and your store credit will remain usable on noorqalb.com.

9. Changes to these terms or the price

We may change these Club Terms or the membership price. For any change to the price, the billing frequency or a benefit listed above, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies, with a link to cancel. If you do not want the change, you can cancel before it applies at no cost. Changes never affect store credit you already have.

Do I pay anything today?

No. Joining costs $0 today. Your first charge of $39.90 happens 30 days after your order, and we email you 3 days before it so you can skip, pause or cancel if you prefer.

Where does my $39.90 go?

Straight back to you. Each $39.90 charge is added as $39.90 of store credit on your Noor Qalb account, to spend on any jewelry on noorqalb.com. It never expires.

How do I use my store credit?

Sign in to your account on noorqalb.com, or pay with Shop Pay using the same email. Your credit appears at checkout and you choose how much to apply.

How do I cancel?

Sign in, open your account, go to your subscriptions and tap Cancel. It takes less than a minute. You can also email contact@noorqalb.com. Cancel before your billing date and you will not be charged again. Your credit stays yours.

I joined by mistake. Can I get my money back?

Yes. Email us within 30 days of a charge. If you have not used the credit from that charge, we refund it to your card and remove that credit. Tell us if you also want to cancel and we will do both.

Can I combine the $10 off with other offers?

Yes. The $10 off every jewelry piece combines with the promotions running on our site. Your cart always shows the final price before you pay.
